CANCELLATION POLICY
I deeply value the time you set aside for our appointment. To respect both our schedules, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, changes, or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Please understand, this policy helps protect my time and the sustainability of my business. By booking with Soph, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
